With this in mind, the marketing team looked at the shortcomings in the market place and developed the 'Ultra-Easi' Metal Drawer System (MDS). The 'Ultra-Easi' MDS is a lightweight, robust Metal Drawer System and would have to be one of the most versatile and flexible available in the marketplace today. The 'Ultra-Easi' MDS has been developed with the focus on quick and Easi assembly which is achieved with the unique 'Easi-Lock' system and more importantly cost saving, eliminating the use of any other tools or equipment to construct a metal drawer.

The 'Ultra-Easi' MDS can be used as a fully assembled drawer or supplied in a 'Ready to Assemble' (RTA) application due to the ease of assembly by almost any person - no tradesman required. This pre-finished drawer is durable and locks tog there without any screws and 'Ultra- Easi' MDS is so flexible, it can be used as two pieces or three-sided drawer with a 3mm MDF or plywood drawer bottom for price competitive markets. How ever, it can also be used as a conventional metal drawer using a (solid)16mm drawer bottom and/or back to create an 'Up-Market' metal drawer normally used in the Kitchen Industry.

The MDS comes in four different profile heights ranging from 75mm, 107mm, 139mm to 203mm and the depths and widths are available in numerous sizes and can also be made to customers special needs (subject to volume)

The MDS is designed with a unique 'Easi-Lock' key hole locking system at the back of the MDS drawer which gives it the flexibility to interchange with the full range of drawer sides and file drawer back without the use of any screws or additional fixing accessories.

The File drawer unit is designed with a metal back & metal rail system,which caters for all profile heights. This has been done to simplify the assembly and eliminates all the plastic file accessories common with other file drawer units available in the marketplace today that makes them very fiddly and expensive.

Due to the flexibility and ability to interchange the metal sides with the metal backs, file back and 'Easi-Basket' system, stock holding is reduced to a minimum as common size drawer sides (depth)will work in with a mixture of standard backs and file drawer backs in different sizes (widths).

The MDS drawer system is fully compatible with our 'Easi-Basket' System and can be easily interchanged without any modifications. This is ideal for the Office & Domestic Furniture manufacturers and the built-in Wardrobe Industries.

Slide in the 3mm Drawer bottom into the groove, which will help lock the metal back into place	3	Mount the pre-drilled drawer front to the metal drawer securing in place with the front drawer connectors (supplied). The drawer is now ready for installation.	4
